Michael (Tony) Esposito

Michael A. (Tony) Esposito is a lifelong resident of Berkeley who operates his own dental business in town.  Tony graduated from St. Domitilla’s Grade School, Proviso West High School and Loyola University.  He is hard working and dedicated to serving all of the residents.  Tony combines a “regular guy” attitude with the professionalism needed to be Village President.  For the past twelve years Tony has built a strong relationship with our Federal, State and County representatives for the benefit the Village.

He is extremely proud of the accomplishments the Village Board has achieved.  Since being elected in 1993, Tony has worked to tighten the budget and keep the Village in good financial standing.  During his tenure, Tony has obtained the necessary funding to reconstruct St. Charles Rd.  He has listened to the residents needs which led to the paving of the alleyways, the Prairie Path and Metra Train station.  You can even find him ice skating with the residents on Family Skate Nights.

Since being in office, Tony has served on the West Central Municipal Conference, the Proviso Municipal League and the West Suburban Neighborhood Preservation Agency.  His goals are:  to continue to achieve a more efficient type of government; working on Berkeley’s infrastructure; oversee the completion of the St. Charles Rd. Project; and keeping Berkeley a friendly and safe community.
